Cash Home Buyers: Cash home buyers can be small or large companies or even individual real estate investors that pay cash for homes. The size of the company depends on the owner.

People will lease or buy an area of the company. The corporations then conduct marketing campaigns on behalf of local franchisees, who buy houses as-is for cash and then flip or redevelop them.
These companies pride themselves on inventing the “game,” as they put it. However, at what point is buying or selling someone’s house a game? It is way more serious than that to me. What about you?
iBuyers: These are venture capital-backed companies that buy and sell homes on the internet. They use computer algorithms to determine the value of your property and may even purchase it sight unseen.

Many home-owners believe a local company might be more friendly also that a local business is maybe more responsive. They probably know more about my neighborhood and what my house is worth.

When it comes to who is best to buy your house, I would say this. What if you can find a company that does all of those things? Does it matter if they are national or local?
